February 1-5, 2016, is National School Counseling Week. The purpose of National School Counseling Week is to focus public attention on the unique contributions of professional school counselors within schools and school systems nationwide. National School Counseling Week, sponsored by the American School Counselor Association, highlights the tremendous impact school counselors have on student success and career preparation. National School Counseling Week is always celebrated the first full week in February.
